• User: Any individual or business with a PropRound account.
• Ride-Share Service: Community-based ride-sharing services that PropRound facilitates among verified users.
• Community Assets: Resources accessible through Coround’s community features, available to authorized users.

3. Coround’s Role and Responsibilities

PropRound acts as a facilitator, connecting users within verified communities to arrange rides. PropRound does not provide direct transportation services and is not liable for any issues that occur during the rides themselves.

4. User Obligations

As a PropRound user, you agree to:

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in your profile.
• Comply with community guidelines and terms set by Coround.
• Use the app responsibly, coordinating directly with drivers or riders.
• Respect all other users and adhere to safety standards as outlined in Coround’s Community Guidelines.
• Not misuse, license, sublicense, or transfer your PropRound account to another person without permission.

5. Ride Requests, Community Access, and Features

• Ride Requests: Users may request or offer rides within PropRound communities. Accepting or declining a ride request is at the sole discretion of the driver.
• Community Access: Authorized users can access community-based resources through the “Community Assets” feature, subject to eligibility.
• Payment Contributions: Payment or contribution toward rides, including fuel costs, is agreed upon between riders. PropRound may charge a platform fee, which will be displayed before confirming a ride.

6. Charges, Fees, and Payment Terms

• Platform Fees: PropRound charges service fees to help maintain the platform. Users will be notified of fees associated with specific services.
• Contribution and Payment: Users are responsible for any agreed-upon contribution for shared rides. Refunds for completed rides are not available.
• Account Suspension: Failure to meet payment obligations may result in temporary suspension of your account.

7. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Ride Cancellations: Users may cancel rides within a set timeframe without penalty. Repeated cancellations may impact account standing.
• No-Show Policy: Drivers and riders must communicate if they cannot meet the agreed-upon ride. A “no-show” record may affect future access to Coround’s ride services.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

9. Community Guidelines and User Conduct

All users must adhere to Coround’s Community Guidelines, which promote respectful and safe interactions. PropRound reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for guideline violations.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

• Limited Liability: PropRound is a platform provider only and is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from user interactions or rides.
• Indemnification: Users agree to hold PropRound harmless against any claims arising from ride arrangements or community interactions.
• No Warranty: Coround’s services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or availability.

11. Termination and Account Closure

Users may terminate their account at any time. PropRound reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to violations of these terms, including misuse or repeated cancellations. Upon termination, any remaining fees or payments are immediately due.

PropRound may update these Terms periodically. We’ll notify users of significant updates; continued use of the app after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
